This page states the provenance of the images published on almi-italia.it and the terms under which they are used. The statement is provided for transparency: where licences do not require attribution, the declaration remains voluntary.
1. Stock photography
Some contextual photographs (hero images, segment cards, application sectors) come from the Adobe Stock library and are used under Standard licences duly obtained through the account held by Almi Italia S.r.l. The Standard licence allows unlimited web publication and does not require attribution. Rights remain with the respective authors and Adobe Stock: images may not be extracted from the site and reused independently by third parties.
2. Almi and Italdroghe archive photographs
Product, plant, laboratory and staff photographs come from the corporate archive of Almi Italia S.r.l., the Almi Group and the Italdroghe brand. They are proprietary material and may not be reused without written authorisation.
3. Images produced with artificial intelligence tools
Some decorative and contextual images have been produced or generated with artificial intelligence tools, in part from real photographs of Almi Italia and Italdroghe plants and products. These images are illustrative: they are not a faithful representation of plants, people or packaging and do not replace the information on labels, technical data sheets and commercial documentation, which remain the sole binding reference.
4. Trademarks and logos
The Almi, Almi Group and Italdroghe trademarks, certification logos and any other distinctive signs reproduced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used under the relevant authorisations. Nothing on this page constitutes a licence to use those trademarks.
5. Reports
If you believe that an image published on this site infringes a right of yours, write to info@almi-italia.it stating the page URL and the image concerned. We will review the report and, if it is well founded, remove or replace the content without delay.
6. Cartography
The site map on the Contact page is a Google Maps screenshot, used in accordance with Google's guidelines with visible attribution. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC; map data belongs to Google and its respective providers.
